Rest in me, my child, forget the concerns linked to this world. Focus on me, Emmanuel, and let my invigorating presence envelop you in peace. Think of my eternal security; I am the same yesterday, today and forever. If you live superficially, focusing only on visible and changing phenomena, you will end up repeating the words of Solomon: “The height of inconsistency, all is smoke!” Living in collaboration with me is the best way to give meaning to your days. Start each day alone with me, in order to experience the reality of my presence.

As you spend time with me, the path before you opens. After this time of quiet communion, the adventure of this day begins gently. Hold my hand, deliberately choosing to depend on me; Jehovah God, and I will make the way straight before you. See: Hebrews 13:8, Ecclesiastes 1:2, Proverbs 3:6.
