A Message From Our CEO

Hand Up MInistry

We want to empower individuals to overcome challenges with dignity and self-sufficiency. By providing support, skills, and guidance, we honor their inherent worth and help them achieve lasting change, reflecting Christ’s love through meaningful, transformative assistance.

Haiti

In 2004, we joined forces with the Severe Foundation and Hearts for Haiti to serve the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. Today, Frontline and the Severe Foundation are working towards completing a self-sustaining community that will provide housing for Haiti’s most vulnerable.

championing men

We affirm the crucial role of men in society, guided by Christ’s teachings on leadership and compassion. Through fellowship, we encourage men to embody Christ’s example of integrity, strength and meekness. By doing so, we strengthen families and communities, fostering a supportive environment grounded in Christian values.

Evangelism

Through our ongoing evangelism inititives, we seek to share the transformative message of Christ with a world in need. By embodying His love and teachings, as well as through compassionate outreach, we strive to reach hearts and minds, fostering spiritual growth and community.

Empowered by Christ, we are committed to shaping a better future through purposeful action. We’re making a meaningful impact, reflecting His love and bringing positive change to the world.

In the spirit of Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another,” our foundation recognises and affirms the power in the fellowshipping of men. By fostering deep, faith-driven relationships, we believe that men can uplift and refine each other. Through mentorship, shared experiences, and collective prayer, we strive to strengthen character and faith within our communities. Our mission is to create environments where the masculine is represented authentically the way God intended, and to inspire one another to embody Christian values, ultimately making a positive impact in the world. This collaborative spirit reflects our commitment to building a more compassionate and empowered society.

Welcoming Joshua

We’re delighted to welcome Joshua Jayraj to the Frontline team as our Director of Partnerships and Development. Joshua brings experience in Christian ministry, fundraising and communications, together with a genuine passion for building relationships that strengthen the work God has entrusted to Frontline.

From London, England, Joshua joined Frontline Men’s Ministry in 2026 as Director of Partnerships & Development. With a background in Christian ministry, fundraising and administration in the UK charitable sector, he is passionate about building lasting relationships that strengthen the work of the Kingdom.

At Frontline, Joshua’s role is to develop partnerships with churches, businesses, foundations and individuals who share the ministry’s vision. His hope is to help build a strong and sustainable future for Frontline’s work in Middle Georgia and for the Christian school in Haiti, where more than 850 children receive an education grounded in the Gospel each day.

We look forward to seeing how the Lord uses him as we continue serving our local community and our school in Haiti.
